Jake Osborne operates Kentucky Honey Farms in western Kentucky. He has been keeping bees since he was 8 years old. Kentucky Honey Farms has anywhere from 300-700 colonies and produces Raw honey and nucleus colonies. For the last 5 years he overwintered his bees in south central Florida. 

Prior to running his own business, Jake was the Apiculture specialist for Kelley Beekeeping (now Mann Lake) There he taught beginning beekeeping classes, attended many trade shows and conferences, and assisted in quality/efficiency endeavors. 

Jake is also an Insurance agent for Ohio Valley Insurance and specializes in policies pertaining to Drought insurance for Apiculture.
