2025 Honey Swap

Join us in the largest honey swap in the world! Last year, we traded over 7,500 bottles of honey! We wanted to give a massive THANK YOU to Honeybee Tennessee, which helped us handle this massive undertaking. To help keep things fair and easier to trade, we have established some rules that must be followed in order to participate.

  1. NO GLASS bottles or jars. They are too heavy, breakable on concrete floors, and inconvenient for people who are flying.

  2. Only two sizes accepted: a 2 oz bottle and/or 8 oz squeeze bottle(which can be any shape). The goal of the swap is to get samples and taste honey from across the world.

  3. Individuals are limited to only 25 - 2 oz bottle and only 12 - 8 oz squeeze bottles (which can be any shape), for a max of 37 total bottles to swap.

  4. If you choose to bring more than a single-size bottle, each size must be in a separate box or container.

  5. Label your box. You must include Name, phone number, how many bottles, and what size. A business card taped on each box can serve as your label, as long as it has all the required information

  6. Each bottle must be labeled individually and include the Apiary name and location (city, state, and country).

  7. 2 oz bottles will only be traded with other 2 oz bottles, and 8 oz bottles will only be traded with 8 oz bottles.

  8. Drop-off and pick-up times will be announced at a future date.
