Gus owns and operates Cranes Nest Honey Co. working in the Memphis Metro area. His base of operations and Honey house are located just outside of West Memphis AR.

Gus keeps around 200 hives and a varying number of mating nucs throughout the year. Focusing a lot of effort into raising high quality queens and bees.

He is committed to beekeeping education, and teaches beginner through advanced management techniques. In addition to beekeeper education, Gus also has a passion for producing beautiful cut comb honey.
